Refund and Cancellation Policy for Ayurnavya Wellness Centre

At Ayurnavya Wellness Centre, we prioritize providing fair and transparent policies to ensure a positive experience for all our clients.

1. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
For cancellations made within this timeframe, 80% of the consultation fee will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be retained as a processing fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled consultation time or if the consultation timing has passed. In such cases, 100% of the fee will be charged as the service is considered rendered.
Short-notice bookings:
If there is less than 2 hours between the booking and the consultation time, and the assigned doctor cannot take up the consultation, a full refund will be provided.
 

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to qualify for a refund.
Requests for cancellations after the consultation time will not be entertained.
 

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
