Sarvanga Abhyanga

Patra Pinda Sweda

Shastika Shali Pinda Sweda
Warm boluses of medicated rice cooked in milk and herbs are massaged onto the body. Nourishes tissues, treats neuromuscular conditions, and boosts vitality. Effective for paralysis, muscle atrophy, or postpartum recovery. Rejuvenates and strengthens the body.

Shiroabhyanga
Head and scalp massage using oils like Brahmi or coconut to calm the mind and nourish hair. Reduces headaches, insomnia, and mental fatigue. Balances Vata/Pitta, improves focus, and induces deep relaxation. Supports healthy hair growth.

Mukhabhyanga

Padhabhyanga

Kati Basti

Greeva Basti

Janu Basti

Shirodhara

Udhwartana

Nasya

Netra Tarpana
A specialized Ayurvedic eye therapy where a dough ring is placed around the eyes and filled with medicated ghee (like triphala ghrita) to nourish ocular tissues. Strengthens vision, relieves dryness, and treats eye strain, cataracts, or post-surgery recovery. Balances Pitta and Vata, enhances tear production, and rejuvenates the eyes.
